Grasshopper is an enchanting house, one of the original Oliver Messel-designed houses and is set in an acre of garden filled with flowers, palms and fruit trees. It has a wonderful feeling of space and has recently been renovated, decorated and has new bathrooms, kitchen and interior limestone floors.
Grasshopper is situated close to all the island's faciilities including the tennis courts and riding stables and a short distance from the Cotton House Beach, Macaroni Beach, Basil’s Bar and Firefly.
There is a large swimming pool and spacious flat lawn with a delightful gazebo beside the pool where you can relax in the shade. The house is suitable for three couples or a family.
Bedrooms three and four share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
You will be looked after by our excellent Cook/Housekeeper - Kendra, who will suggest menus, do the shopping and cook for you; Colbert the Gardener and Petra the Maid (there may be two maids - depending on the number of guests) who will clean, tidy and do laundry. There is one vehicle (mule) which you may use.
